The Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar and the Spanish Padel Federation have designed a high-performance summer camp for junior players aged 12 to 18 looking to improve their game and live an unforgettable experience in one of the world’s premier sports centers.

01. What facilities does the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar have?
Within our facilities in Manacor, Mallorca, we have several main buildings:
Academy: This is the “base camp” for junior players and has restricted access. It houses the supervised residence, the Rafa Nadal School and common rest areas.
Rafa Nadal Residence: Can be visited by the general public. Includes accommodation for adults or families. In addition to top-quality tennis courts (indoor, semi-covered, clay and hard courts), it has a state-of-the-art gym, spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, restaurants and cafeteria, stores and the Rafa Nadal Museum.
We also have the Quirónsalud Sports Clinic, a comprehensive and multidisciplinary service to promote sports practice in the best medical conditions.
02. What language is spoken during training?
The main language at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar is tennis and love for the sport.
In the annual program, an English language assessment is part of the admission procedure for this program. In the summer camp and weekly programs, we have players from all over the world attending, and the common language on the court is English. Many of our employees speak several languages.
03. What is the level of the players attending the classes, whether they are adults or juniors?
We have players of different levels, and the average training is between 4 and 6 hours per week.
At the beginning of the program, the coaches evaluate the level of the players and place them in training groups per week according to their level and age.
