💰 Is there a deposit required?

Yes — a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.

🧾 Do you offer any discounts?

Yes — group discounts are available for parties of 8 or more.

🏓 Do I need to bring my own padel racket?

• We recommend bringing your own.
• However, high-quality rackets are available if needed.

✈️ Are airport transfers included?

Yes — airport transfers are included in all packages.

🛡️ Do I need travel insurance?

Yes — we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Lost or stolen belongings

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

• +60 days before departure: Full refund minus €150 admin fee
• 30–59 days: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund
  👉 Travel insurance is highly recommended.

🔁 Can I transfer my booking to someone else?

Yes — up to 30 days before departure for a €50 name change fee.

📅 Can I change dates or destination?

• Yes, subject to availability and change fees.
• Changes <60 days before departure are treated as cancellations + new bookings.
