🗓 Schedule

Day 1

• 17:00: Meet at Padel Occitanie
• 17:30–19:00 or 19:00–20:30: 1.5 hours of padel coaching, depending on the group
• 17:30–18:30 or 19:30–20:30: 1 hour of physical preparation, depending on the group
• 20:30: Free evening

Day 2

• 11:00–12:30 or 12:30–14:00: 1.5 hours of padel coaching, depending on the group
• 11:00–12:00 or 13:00–14:00: 1 hour of physical preparation, depending on the group
• 14:00–15:00: Lunch at the club
• 15:00–16:00: Tactical work on the padel court
• 16:00–17:30: Directed matches with tactical focus
• 17:30–18:30: Recovery and injury prevention

Day 3

• 11:00–12:30 or 12:30–14:00: 1.5 hours of padel coaching, depending on the group
• 11:00–12:00 or 13:00–14:00: 1 hour of physical preparation, depending on the group
• 14:00–15:00: Lunch at the club and Master Class debrief
• 15:00: End of the Master Class
