The Padel Circle – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.thepadelcircle.com and any related booking flow operated by The Padel Circle Ltd (“The Padel Circle”, “TPC”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website, submitting a booking request, or providing payment details, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About The Padel Circle

The Padel Circle is a booking platform that connects players (“you”, “the customer”) with independent padel academies, clubs, coaches, and travel partners (“Partners”) offering padel camps, training experiences, and related services (“Camps”).

We do not operate, run, or deliver the Camps ourselves. Each Camp is organised and delivered by the relevant Partner.

2. Our Role as a Booking Platform

The Padel Circle acts as an intermediary and booking facilitator.

Specifically:

  • We showcase Camps offered by Partners

  • We collect booking requests from customers

  • We collect payments (or payment authorisations) on behalf of Partners

  • We coordinate availability confirmation between you and the Partner

The contract for the delivery of the Camp is ultimately between you and the Partner, subject to:

  • These Terms

  • The Camp Booking Terms applicable to your specific booking

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or

  • You are booking on behalf of a minor and have legal authority to do so

For junior camps, the booking must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Booking Requests & Availability

When you submit a booking request:

  • Your request is not immediately confirmed

  • Availability is subject to confirmation by the Partner

  • We will contact you once availability is confirmed or if alternatives are required

A booking is only considered confirmed once availability has been approved by the Partner and reflected in your booking status.

5. Payments, Deposits & Service Fees

5.1 Payment Authorisation

When you provide your payment details:

  • Your card details are securely processed and stored by Stripe

  • The Padel Circle does not store your card details

  • No charge is made without confirmation, except where explicitly stated

5.2 Deposits & Full Payments

Depending on the Camp:

  • Some bookings require full payment upfront

  • Others require a deposit, with the remaining balance due later

The applicable payment structure is shown during the booking process and confirmed in the Camp Booking Terms.

5.3 Service Fee

The Padel Circle charges a service fee for facilitating the booking.
This fee:

  • Is clearly displayed before you confirm your booking

  • Is included in the total booking amount

  • Is capped based on the currency of the Camp

6. Cancellations & Refunds (High-Level)

Cancellation and refund conditions vary by Camp and Partner.

Your booking is subject to:

  • These Terms

  • The Camp Booking Terms specific to the Camp you are booking

Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to those Camp Booking Terms.
The Padel Circle does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.

7. Camp Booking Terms (Specific to Your Booking)

For each booking, additional terms apply (“Camp Booking Terms”), including:

  • Payment structure (deposit vs full payment)

  • Cancellation deadlines and refund rules

  • Minimum participant requirements

  • Camp-specific conditions

You will be required to accept these Camp Booking Terms as part of the booking process.

8. Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

Partners may need to modify or cancel Camps due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Facility availability

  • Instructor illness or injury

  • Force majeure events

In such cases, Partners may offer:

  • Alternative dates

  • Credit for future Camps

  • Refunds, where applicable under their policies

9. Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Padel Circle is not responsible for the delivery, quality, safety, or outcomes of any Camp

  • Participation in padel and related activities involves inherent risks

  • You participate at your own risk

We are not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or losses during Camps

  • Travel, accommodation, or third-party services

  • Decisions or actions taken by Partners

10. Partner Responsibilities

Each Partner is responsible for:

  • Delivering the Camp as described

  • Providing qualified staff and appropriate facilities

  • Ensuring compliance with local laws and safety standards

Any complaints regarding Camp delivery should be raised with the Partner, with The Padel Circle acting as a facilitator where possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on The Padel Circle website, including text, images, branding, and layout, is owned by or licensed to The Padel Circle and may not be used without permission.

12. Children & Junior Bookings

Some Camps are designed for children or juniors.

In such cases:

  • Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian

  • The guardian is responsible for providing accurate information

  • Additional Partner-specific terms may apply

13. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described there.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
