Christmas Padel Camp at Rafa Nadal Academy

Enjoy a different Christmas with the Christmas Padel Camp, a weekly program combining training, fun, and festive spirit at the Rafa Nadal Academy.

Under the technical direction of Rodri Ovide, an international reference in padel, the program combines sport, learning, and well-being during the holidays.

🎾 Padel Training

From Monday to Saturday, participants complete 5 training sessions. Morning sessions begin with 30 minutes of physical preparation focused on activating the body, improving mobility, and preventing injuries.

This is followed by two hours of intensive on-court training in small groups. Players work on technique, tactics, and pair strategy with specialized coaches following the Academy's methodology.

The program includes three off-court talks covering key aspects of sports performance, including:
