Enjoy a different Christmas with the Christmas Padel Camp, a weekly program combining training, fun, and festive spirit at the Rafa Nadal Academy.
Under the technical direction of Rodri Ovide, an international reference in padel, the program combines sport, learning, and well-being during the holidays.
The program includes 19.5 hours per week of technical padel training, with players divided into small groups according to their level.
Training takes place with a maximum court-to-player ratio of 1:4, allowing coaches to work closely with each group on technique, tactics, positioning, and match situations following the Academy's methodology.
The week also includes a functional assessment to help evaluate each player's physical condition and support their training experience.
In addition to on-court padel training, participants complete 4.5 hours of group post-training cooldown sessions during the week.
These sessions complement the technical work on court and help players recover after training.
The program includes 4 hours of off-court activities, complementing the practical work carried out on the padel court.
These sessions are designed to broaden players' understanding of the different factors that contribute to padel performance beyond technical training.
