Intermediate - Advanced — Playtomic Level 2.0 - 5.0. We will spilt into level-based groups for coaching. To get the most out of the weekend you should be a minimum a 2.0 (comfortable with the basics, able to sustain rallies, and starting to use the walls).

Can I Cancel My Trip?

Yes, you can cancel your trip, but the amount refunded depends on when you cancel: Cancel up to 8 weeks before the trip: Full refund. Cancel less than 8 weeks before the trip: No refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@theklub.world. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For added peace of mind, we recommend ensuring your travel insurance covers cancellation.

What Happens If The Host Cancels The Trip?

If we or the host need to cancel the trip for any reason, you'll receive a full refund for all services you booked through us, no matter when the cancellation occurs.

Liability

On select trips, your host may be a well-known athlete, coach, or content creator. Unless otherwise stated, your host is not acting as a professional guide or instructor and is not responsible for leading routes or ensuring participant safety. Certified local guides may accompany the group where required. All participants are responsible for their own physical readiness and participation in trip activities. Practicing outdoor sports brings risks. theKlub and your host do not accept any responsibility deriving from your wrong behaviors during the participation of our group travels. You are the ultimate responsible for your action.

Hotel Rooms

By default the price is based on two people sharing a twin room. If you would like to share with a friend in the group who has made a separate booking, please let us know, if not we will pair with someone else in the group (of the same gender) to share with. You can choose to select an upgrade to your own room.

Insurance

Travel insurance requirement: For your safety and peace of mind, all guests are required to hold valid travel insurance that covers:

• Medical expenses and evacuation
• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Participation in physical activities such as hiking, cycling, or other outdoor or wellness-related activities
