The program is open to beginner, intermediate, and advanced players.

Subject to availability per level, minimum 2 people.

📋 What’s Included

• 7 hours of intensive padel
• 3 hours of specific physical preparation
• 1 hour of recovery
• Groups of 2 to 4 players

Friday

• 17:00: Meet at Padel 2.0 Club
• 17:30–18:30: Physical preparation
• 19:00–20:30: Padel lesson

Saturday

• 11:00–12:00: Physical preparation
• 12:30–14:00: Padel lesson
• 14:00–15:00: Lunch at the club
• 15:00–16:00: Tactical work on the padel court
• 16:00–17:30: Supervised matches with tactical coaching
• 17:30–18:30: Prevention and recovery

Sunday

• 11:00–12:00: Physical preparation
• 12:30–14:00: Padel lesson
• 14:00–15:00: Lunch at the club and end of the camp
