How does booking work?

You can secure your spot by completing your payment in our platform. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and if the trip is fully booked, we cannot guarantee availability. The booking is fully refundable up to 8 weeks before the trip begins.

Can I cancel my trip?

Yes, you can cancel your trip, but the amount refunded depends on when you cancel: Cancel up to 8 weeks before the trip: Full refund; Cancel less than 8 weeks before the trip: No refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For added peace of mind, we recommend ensuring your travel insurance covers cancellation.

What happens if the host cancels the trip?

If we or the host need to cancel the trip for any reason, you'll receive a full refund for all services you booked through us, no matter when the cancellation occurs.

Travel insurance requirement: For your safety and peace of mind, all guests are required to hold valid travel insurance that covers: Medical expenses and evacuation; Trip cancellation or interruption; Participation in physical activities such as hiking, cycling, or other outdoor or wellness-related activities.
