⚠️ Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation, the following refund policy applies:

  • More than 50 days before the retreat starts: 80% refund
  • 49 to 8 days before the retreat starts: 50% refund
  • 7 days or less before the retreat starts (including the start date) or in the event of a no-show: 10% refund

Can I book individual training sessions?

Yes. You can book additional one-to-one coaching sessions with our professional coaches to accelerate your progress and focus on your individual goals.

Are groups divided by skill level?

Yes. Before the retreat, our coaches assess each participant's playing level and create balanced training groups to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.

Are meals included?

Partially. Your retreat includes a welcome dinner and a farewell dinner. On the remaining days, you'll have the flexibility to explore local restaurants with the group or enjoy a relaxed BBQ at the villa.

Is travel included?

No. Flights and transportation to and from the retreat are not included, allowing you to choose the travel options that best suit your schedule and preferences.

Will someone be on-site during the retreat?

Yes. A member of our team will be on-site throughout the retreat to support guests, coordinate activities, and help create a welcoming community atmosphere.
