You’ll train with expert coach Sam Attard, Head Coach at Padel Box Bermondsey, alongside local Portuguese coaches. You’ll refine your technique, tactics and match-play skills before putting everything into practice on court.

🏆 Optional Women’s Tournament

Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November 2026

This padel holiday coincides with the Fem Padel Collective POWER4HER Ladies Cup Tournament, creating a fantastic opportunity for women who want to experience the excitement of competition in a supportive and empowering environment.

The tournament is optional and open to women of all levels.

For men and women who prefer not to enter the tournament, coaching and organised match play will take place at a nearby club on Saturday morning.

Saturday afternoon will be free to relax, explore the Algarve or cheer on the competitors.

You’ll enjoy over 15 hours of padel, including:

• Small-group coaching sessions designed to sharpen your technique and tactics.
• Plenty of structured and social play in varied groups.
• Opportunities to develop your strategy and apply the techniques you have learned.
• An end-of-holiday fun tournament on Friday.
• Optional entry into the Women’s International Tournament on Saturday and Sunday morning.
• Saturday morning coaching and organised match play for men and women who do not wish to enter the tournament.

Day 1 – Tuesday 10 November

• Arrive and settle in.

• Approximately five hours of padel across morning and afternoon sessions.
• Welcome dinner.

Day 3 – Thursday 12 November

• Approximately five hours of padel across morning and afternoon sessions.

Day 4 – Friday 13 November

• Approximately three hours of padel in the morning.
• Fun tournament in the late afternoon.

Day 5 – Saturday 14 November

• Optional Women’s International Tournament for women of all levels.
• Approximately two hours of late-morning padel at a nearby club for men and women not participating in the tournament.
• Free afternoon to relax, explore the Algarve or support the competitors.
• Celebration dinner.

Day 6 – Sunday 15 November

• Optional finals of the Women’s International Tournament.
• Check-out and departures.
